Diet and Nutrition:

Losing it! Losing the excess pounds before your wedding will ensure you are looking and feeling your very best. I will recommend a personal and tailored regime to fit your needs and to ensure you reach your goal. This will involve planning a daily diet and exercise programme for you to follow until your wedding day.

Nails:

Do you bite or neglect your nails? Although nails will be dealt with nearer the time of the wedding, if you neglect your nails and have problems growing and maintaining your natural nails it is best to start preparing your nails now.
I use Gel Nails, a one component nail treatment that strengthens and promotes the growth of natural nails. Applied onto a prepared nail our product cures under a UVA light, leaving the nail strong but flexible with a natural glossy finish.

Make Up and Hair Trial:

A Trial Make Up and Hair run is done about 4 weeks in advance of the wedding day to ensure you are completely satisfied with your desired look. We would normally perform the trial at our in house salon so we have access to our full range of make up. If you would like me to visit you, a charge will be added. I ask that you to bring any pictures or reference material of your perfect look, referring to both hair and makeup.

Face and Body:

To really benefit from facial and body treatments that seek to improve the skin tone you should start now. Our facial treatments will cover specific concerns such as Roseacea, congestion, acne, dryness. My treatments will make your skin glow with radiance. Instant radiance treatment facials incorporates an instant mask for a visible lift. Body treatments will relax and revitalise tired, dull skin.

Nails:

Nails are never more on show than on a woman's wedding day; everyone wants to get a glance of the ring, so you will need to have well-groomed talons that you will; be proud of. Bridal nails need to look classy and elegant, and many brides choose classic pinks and creamy whites, with the French manicure proving an extremely popular choice.

You can choose either a straight Jessica Manicure to tidy the nails and keep them looking healthy and glossy or Bio Sculpture semi-permanent nail varnish using a gel formula.

Tanning:

I also use St Tropez, in both the air and lotion application methods. To create the most natural looking tan that will last up to a week. The airbrush application will allow a sunkissed look or a deep tan depending on your desired look.

Make Up and Hair:

The time has come to transform a bare-face into a stunning creature. As discussed in the trial we will re-do your perfect look. I know all the tricks of the trade from disguising dark circles (from the few too many glasses of champagne the night before) to tailoring the perfect colours to incorporate into your wedding theme and bring out your best features. I know that it is important for the bride to feel comfort in their skin, I work to show the real person and not a mask of colour to hide behind.
